Who can attend?

Our (PMVA) Training is advisable for anyone that works in a violent/ aggressive setting. It is suitable for Mental Health Support Workers and for Health Care Assistants.

What does PMVA stand for?

Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression.

Do you offer any discounts or reductions in the fees?

Yes — agencies booking 5 or more delegates onto the same 3-day course can enquire about discounted group rates.

Are there prerequisites to attending your PMVA course?

There are no specific requirements for you to attend our PMVA training course. It is however expected that you are working or will work in healthcare, security or related roles that require the knowledge that PMVA offers.

Do I receive a certificate on completion?

Yes. Delegates who complete the theory and practical assessment receive a SEED Healthcare Services certificate of completion.

How long is your PMVA training course?

Each PMVA training block lasts 3 days generally. The course is completed within 3 days.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes. You can get a refund if this is requested within 14 days of your booking. Please note that we may deduct administrative charges while processing refunds.
